V-Sft Transfer Options

V-Sft can transfer a variety of data with an HMI. Starting with the application itself but going deeper one can pull in and backup nonvolatile memory or the configuration of local mode in a V9 HMI.

Below are the options in the transfer dropdown menu in V-Sft that can be sent to an HMI using the transfer menu as well as data that can be pulled out of an HMI. They are organized by the name applied to them in the transfer menu.

 

  • Screen Data – The Application File
  • I/F Driver – The comms driver
  • Display System Program – The System Program or “firmware” of the HMI
  • Font Data – The fonts related to the currently opened file
  • SRAM Data – The Non-Volatile memory, this can be pulled off for backup and sent down to restore
  • Station No. Table – Transfers the Network Table from the open application
  • Printer Device - The printer driver
  • Basic/Japanese Dictionary
  • Simulator Program – The simulator feature
  • IniFile – Locale mode configuration for the V9 series
